Dear Fifth Grade Parents,
I hope you are all doing well. We have been working hard during this “At Home Learning” time and the students have been doing a wonderful job.
I wanted to remind everyone that all missing work in PowerSchool needs to be turned in by Friday, May 29th. After that, the missing assignments will become a “zero”. Teachers will begin to work on report cards so we need to be able to have a clear look at the grades.
The Matrix will be updated by Tuesday morning at 8:30am on May 26th for the week of May 26 – 29th. A friendly reminder looking ahead that the States Quiz is on June 1st and the Capitals Quiz is on June 2nd. I have also shown these tests to the students on zoom so they know what to expect.
Next week I will be sending out specific instructions as to what materials we need for you to return to school during the last week of school. I will explain this in detail in next week’s Boomerang letter.
